   I am a business trainer, a business consultant, an ICF professional coach, a financial expert, a practicing professional accountant and tax consultant, an economist. How comes it? In result of a real-life experience, research work, observations and investigations. In other words, “across science and praxis”. Such symbiosis of economics, finances, psychology, consulting and teaching has taken effect: I’ve understood that I am able to share this knowledge with people.

   The concepts ‘training activity’ and ‘pedagogic’ are very important for me. It is a part of my life, and if to express this idea more exactly – it IS my life. Observations and analysis accumulated for quite a long period let me be flexible in work with any kind of group. The most important for me is the result of each one in the group. And not just a result, but achievement of the purposes the person came up with to the training. Yes, it’s not a secret at all, that very often the system of education is ‘teacher-student’ relationship. Generally speaking, it is not my approach. Collaboration, partnership of the trainer and participant – these are the main keys to success in the training.

   In coaching an individual work with a client is first of all a great responsibility. I may not leave my client ‘on half way’. What’s very important is achieving a result. What the client has come to me with should be 100% realized. It is a very individual process, a unique task. Success of my clients is my success too.

   I devote a lot of time to my self-improvement. It is self-education, analysis of each training held. My interests are travelling, experience of new, reading, theatre improvisation. And it gives its results. Because I am always in the state of search and studying. Not repeating the same subject with different participants of trainings, but namely, studying – what people really need. Clearing learning objectives with the participants of my trainings is a very important part. Because these objectives we have to achieve together.

   So,

   Financial Accounting It is something what, I think, I can ‘see with my eyes shut’. A very interesting subject. Yes, I set a super-task. An original approach allows to build up a learning process for three days. And what is of no little significance, to give an excellent result. By ‘an excellent result’ I mean knowledge and skills of account recording, reporting generation (Financial Statement, Profit and Loss Statement, CashFlow Statement, etc.)

   Management Accounting It’s not a less interesting subject. I recommend taking it after Financial Accounting. It is more effective. It considers the core of the management accounting and the goals which can be set in a company introducing management accounting and reporting. The theory of cost and profit management, planning and budgeting are considered in detail and studied in cases.

   Financial Accounting for Non-Financial Managers It is one of the most interesting corporate trainings. Modern needs of company managers in knowledge of financial accounting and financial reporting analysis. This training is a live conversation with department executives about financial accounting and reporting, what goals are set in a company and how to achieve them with the tools of financial, management, tax and international accounting. How to make P&L, Management Statement, CashFlow. How to generate KPI for the employees and “what to consider” as quantification of KPI. How to analyse financial reporting for liquidity, financial stability, business activity, profitability and many others. This training is always unique because purposes and requirements of corporate clients are very different. That’s why the training is always interesting and fascinating for me as a researcher.

   Analysis of Financial Reporting by Buying Business It is one of the most interesting, essential subjects for a big company. It is one of the most favourate trainings. Integration of financial account and analysis takes place here. How to analyse the company reporting? What to pay attention to first of all? Where to see positive and negative moments? How to check reliability and transparency of the reporting? These and other questions are considered at this training.

   Generating Company Tax Policy It’s an interesting course for MBA students. The questions of building a tax policy of the company, optimization of taxation, interactions within generation of Tax Policy, tax planning and much other are considered here. This course usually creates a very active atmosphere as all companies concern of the issues how to structure the company operation in the way of taxation optimization.

   Consolidation of Financial Reporting against International Standards It is something which can be called “a dissert”. I have been engaged in financial reporting consolidation for a long time. Both in theory and practice. I am working at a senior doctorate dissertation on this subject, constantly do research in Russian and foreign companies, participate in projects on development of consolidation techniques and their implementation on the basis of the SAP, Oracle, Cognos software. The training is interesting. It opens new information to the participants and let them take it in at once acquiring skills in exercises. The exercises are real cases of companies.

   “Hot Line” Another kind of my activity, it is a sort of “hot line” – answers to questions connected with finances and communications in finances – it’s so-called answers “here and now”. I’ll tell you right now that it concerns not only financial accounting but also financial analysis and business communications. Generally, when a question arises and there is no answer to it because of a lack of time or a person to ask then it causes a sort of accumulating of ignorance. Is it what we need in our life? The human mind is organized so that if you get an answer to a question and you seem to forget the information at once, in fact everything is quite different: at the right time and at the right situation the human mind will give out this “forgotten” thing. And how to “arrange” accumulating of knowledge? And not only the process – ‘how?” to do it, but also “what?” and “why?” The special feature of my activity – it is a subject field (for example, management accounting) in combination with original pedagogic and artistic methods and techniques – allows people to achieve quick results in gaining new knowledge.

   Communicative Business Trainings One of my activity directions with a general name Communicative Business Trainings came out of my practice. A person develops in such a way that with the age it is getting more and more interesting to live, to know the new, to try and avoid the unnecessary things. That’s why my interest in psychology, communications in application to financial practice has given unexpected outcomes: the trainings Financier’s Psychology, Presentation of Financial Information, How to Hire a Financial Expert. HR Training have appeared. They are very interesting and useful trainings both for people having a higher economic education and working in economy and finances and for specialists from other fields: HR, law, marketing, sales, etc.

   Coaching And in conclusion – coaching. It’s quite a buzz word nowadays. And there’s no common translation of this term into Russian. As for me, coaching is a style of my life, it’s achieving success and their goals by my clients. There happened great changes when coaching appeared in my life. Though, I dare insist that I knew coaching as it was long before I met wonderful people from Erickson College International and learned that the activity I did was called “coaching”. It’s great, it’s interesting, it fascinates and challenges. I like very much to hold the programs-trainings Coaching Tools on Management, Business Coaching. It is what a person needs in the modern world. Also, I have professional practice with Russian and foreign top and middle-level managers.

   Recruiting There is its own peculiarity about this subject. In my case I interview applicants for financial and managing positions in big companies on their adequacy to the company employee and their professional competence. The interviews are held as negotiations or as coaching sessions.

   Having a significant experience I can confidently state that the people who believe that they are quite bad at any science or business can change. The main thing about it is a wish and a purpose, and also understanding where you can apply this knowledge.

   I share my knowledge, my experience and my observation with people with a great pleasure! It is rather my life principle.
